Sandrine Holt was born Sandrine Ho on 19 November 1972 in London. Her parents are Chinese man and an French woman. Toronto Canada has been home to her since she was five. She started out as Paris catwalk models before deciding to pursue a career as an actress. Her film debut was as Annuka as Annuka in Black Robe (1991). The role she played in the film was nominated for The Genie Award (Canadian Oscar). Rapa Nui Rise to Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas followed with guest roles on Poltergeist The Uncanny Force, Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension, and Dance with the Murderer. John Woo's The Thief featured her in 22 episodes. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation was later followed by Resident Evil Apocalypse in 2004. Both films are only available on DVDVHS. The actress was also given a greater series role in 24: Twenty Four, and Runaway. Holt was a veteran of the industry, having appeared several roles in shows and films as well as guest roles before that time she was cast in a big character in Hostages (2013) as well as an appearance on Netflix's House of Cards. She played Julie Han, in the US remake The Returned (2015) and she was cast in the role of Bethany Exner.
